The thought that military veterans only know about waging war and combat tactics is outdated. Veterans have a wide range of training and experience, much of it highly translatable to the civilian world. Additionally, the military builds professional cultures that other industries attempt to emulate. Troops 2 CyberWarriors LLC works to help make changes by championing veterans and military service members to enter the cybersecurity workforce.

VETERAN MEMBERSHIP
The initial focus of effort will be for active duty military personnel transitioning to the civilian workforce followed by military veterans who are unemployed, but employable. All members must provide proof of honorable service and all members must be motivated to see their training and education to completion.
EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES
Finding the right employer can be challenging. Veterans will quickly realize that we are more than a typical employment agency. We will provide employment match-making services between prospective employers and our members. The concept is to carefully review language in job descriptions versus the the skillsets of our veterans to ensure an employment opportunity is a good fit for our vets. We also assist employers in understanding what they are looking for, and where necessary, broker probationary opportunities if employers are unable to find the "perfect" match.

As much as we would like to accept donations, we can only accept angel donations for now. 501c3 filing is underway to support donations that provide tax deductions to our donors. We are always looking for a win-win scenario in all we do.
Training and education credentials are critical when it
comes to workplace employability. We work with
veterans to establish workable education plans and
achievable goals. Whether it is advanced technical
training for certifications or an accredited college
degree program, our agency will help connect
veterans with the right resources, information, and classes. A tailored education plan will be provided to each vet based on communicated goals and translatable skill-sets.
